Livesport s.r.o. processes your personal data in order to communicate with you regarding a question or suggestion that you have submitted in the contact form, and to provide you with a relevant answer.

Processed personal data
In accordance with the defined purposes, the controller processes the following contact data of yours to the extent necessary: name, e-mail, IP address, and any other data you provide to the controller in the communication.
You are under no obligation to provide us with your personal data. Providing your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement, nor do we need it for the purpose of entering into a contract. However, if you do not provide us with your personal data, we will not be able to communicate with you regarding your enquiry or suggestion, or provide you with a relevant response.

Purpose of processing personal data
The purpose of processing your personal data is for us to communicate with you regarding your query or suggestion, and to provide a relevant response to it.
The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.

Legal grounds for processing personal data
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data, for the purpose of communication between us and you, is your consent given to us as the controller within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the "Regulation").

Period of storage of personal data
Your personal data will be stored by the controller for a maximum period of 6 months from the last contact regarding the subject matter. The data will thus be retained by the controller after your question or suggestion has been answered in case you are not satisfied with the controller's response, so that we can return to our communication and clarify or complete our response.

Other recipients of personal data

Other recipients of your personal data may be:
persons providing technical, organizational or commercial activities related to the operation of the website or applications of the controller, in accordance with the instructions of the controller (personal data processors),
other companies of the Livesport Group a.s. group,
by public authorities in cases where generally binding legal regulations require the controller to do so.
The controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (non-EU country) or an international organization on purpose, however, some of the controller's partners, such as the other recipients of personal data mentioned above, may be based in non-EU countries or store data on servers outside the EU. In such a case, there may be a "transfer of your data to third countries (to a non-EU country)" within the meaning of the Regulation, including to countries for which the European Commission has not yet decided on adequate protection identical to EU law. In such a case, the controller will ensure that your personal data is processed and protected both in accordance with the standard data protection conditions followed by the controller, but also through the appropriate safeguards set out in Article 46 of the Regulation.

Your rights
We use organizational, technical and factual security measures to protect your personal data in accordance with generally binding legal regulations.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you may exercise the following rights under the terms of the Regulation:
Right of access. Simply put, you have the right to know what data we process about you, for what purpose, for how long, where we obtain your personal data, to whom we transfer it, who processes it outside of us and what other rights you have in relation to the processing of your personal data. You can find out all of this in this document. However, if you are unsure which personal data we process about you, you can ask us to confirm whether or not personal data relating to you is being processed by us and, if so, you have the right to access that personal data. As part of your right of access, you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we are processing, and we will provide you with the first copy free of charge and subsequent copies at a reasonable charge.
The right to request rectification of personal data. If you find that the personal data we process about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected or completed without undue delay.
The right to request the erasure of personal data. In some cases, you have the right to have your personal data erased if
we no longer need your personal data for the purposes for which we processed it,
you withdraw your consent and there is no further legal basis for the processing,
if it turns out that the processing of personal data carried out by us is no longer in accordance with generally binding regulations.
The right to request restriction of the processing of personal data. In some cases, in addition to the right to erasure, you may exercise the right to restrict the processing of personal data. This right allows you, in certain cases, to request that your personal data be marked and that these data are not subject to any further processing operations for a limited period of time. We must restrict the processing of personal data when:
you dispute the accuracy of the personal data before it is established what data is correct,
we process your personal data without a sufficient legal basis, but you refuse to delete the data and instead request a restriction on its use,
we no longer need your personal data for the above processing purposes, but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of your legal claims, or
Right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. You may withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data that you have provided to us at any time without giving any reason. In this case, we will delete your personal data if we do not need the data for other purposes. However, this does not apply in cases and to the extent that consent to processing is not the legal basis for the processing. Please note that the withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of consent previously given prior to your withdrawal.
Right to portability of personal data. You have the right to obtain from us all your personal data that you have provided to us and that we process on the basis of your consent. We will provide you with your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. In order to enable us to easily transfer the data at your request, it may only be data that we process automatically in our electronic databases. Therefore, we cannot always and under all circumstances transfer to you in this form data that we keep in paper form.
The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Exercising your rights in the above manner also does not affect your right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, which is located at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic.
For all matters related to the processing of your personal data, whether it is an enquiry, exercising a right, lodging a complaint or anything else, you can contact our email address privacy@livesport.eu.
We will process your request without undue delay, but within one month at most. In exceptional cases, in particular due to the complexity of your request, we are entitled to extend this period by a further two months. We will, of course, inform you of any such extension and the reasons for it.
