Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has left his side's match against Sporting in tears after suffering chest pain. After initial medical examinations, he appears to have suffered from tachycardia.

It was in the 41st minute of the Europa League quarter-final at Juventus Stadium when the Polish goalkeeper asked to be substituted, touching his chest several times as if he was short of breath.

Immediately, Szczesny left for the dressing room, in tears, with him and every else schocked.

After an initial examination by the medical services, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, he seems to have suffered a slight tachycardia, but is now in good condition. Further tests will be carried out this Friday.
